Arts House - Housewarming Commissions - EOI

Welcome to the Arts House, City of Melbourne Expression of Interest online service, powered by SmartyGrants.

The Expression of Interest for the Housewarming Commissions opens on Friday 1 May, 9am and closes Monday 25 May, midnight 2020.

If you are a first time user to the City of Melbourne's SmartyGrant portal, you will need to register as a new user.

• For queries about the Expression of Interest program please email Arts House artshouse@melbourne.vic.gov.au.
• Allow ample time to prepare, complete and submit your EOI. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Saving your EOI:

• Continually press ‘save’ as you work on your EOI.
• If you wish to leave a partially completed EOI, press 'save' and log out. When you log back in, click on ‘my applications’ at the top of the screen to find your EOI.
• You can also download your EOI before completed as a PDF by pressing the ‘download’ button at the bottom of the application navigation panel.

Submitting your EOI:

• Review your EOI. You will not be able to submit until all the compulsory questions are completed.
• Press ‘submit’ once you have reviewed and you are happy with your EOI. Once you have submitted, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted EOI.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email then your EOI has not been received and you may not have pressed the ‘submit’ button.
