This form serves as your official notice to vacate your Creative Spaces studio.

Please be aware that we require a calendar months' notice. You will be liable for the full licence fee to the end of next month. For example, if you give notice on the 15th of March, you will pay until the 30th of April.

COLLINS STREET STUDIOS LICENSEES:
Offices at Collins Street Studios require three (3) calendar month's notice. For example, if you give notice on the 15th of March, you will pay until the 30th of June.

ELECTRICITY: Please note that electricity costs must for the duration of your licence must be cleared before the security deposit is returned. We will issue an invoice once we get the electricity costs from the landlord - however this can take a while as these electricity invoices are often sent to us 3-4 weeks after the month has passed.

The security deposit is equivalent to one month's licence fee, including GST. If the deposit has been paid following the issued invoice, it will be refunded once your studio is vacated at the end of your licence period, provided your space has been returned to its original condition and no outstanding funds are due.
